The following Terms and Conditions apply to your purchase of goods from The Last Line (“TLL”, “us”, “we”, “our”). Please review carefully, as your purchase of products will be controlled by these Terms and Conditions.  PLEASE NOTE THAT THESE TERMS INCLUDE AN AGREEMENT TO ARBITRATE DISPUTES, AND A WAIVER OF JURY TRIAL AND CLASS PROCEDURES FOR ANY DISPUTE RELATED TO YOUR PURCHASE OF ANY PRODUCT FROM THE LAST LINE.  If you do not wish to accept these Terms and Conditions, do not purchase products on this website.

  • Payment

    We accept Paypal, Apple Pay, and all major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard and American Express.  Your transaction will be processed through Shopify. 

    If you wish to purchase any product made available through the website (each such purchase, a “Transaction”), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Transaction including, without limitation, your credit card number, the expiration date of your credit card, your billing address and your shipping information. YOU REPRESENT AND WARRANT THAT YOU HAVE THE LEGAL RIGHT TO USE ANY CREDIT CARD(S) OR OTHER PAYMENT METHOD(S) UTILIZED IN CONNECTION WITH ANY TRANSACTION.  

    You grant to TLL the right to provide information you provided in connection with the Transaction to third parties (such as Shopify) for purposes of facilitating the completion of Transactions initiated by you or on your behalf.  Verification of information may be required prior to the acknowledgment or completion of any Transaction.


  • Refunds/Order Cancellations (Only Within 24 Hours of Order)

    Please note that refunds or cancellations are only available within 24 hours after you place your order.  After 24 hours, no refunds or order cancellations are permitted.   

    If you wish to cancel your order and be refunded, you must contact TLL within 24 hours of your order at the following points of contact:


  • Return/Exchange Policy (Only Within 7 Days Of Receipt)

    If you are not 100% satisfied with your TLL item(s), we want to help you find your perfect fit.  You can exchange or return your TLL items for store credit only within 7 days of receipt and with all original packaging, and our Jewelry Concierge will help you find replacement(s).

    IMPORTANT:  Items showing signs of wear or those that have been engraved, resized, or damaged in any way will not be accepted for exchange.  Further, items that you have kept for more than seven (7) days after receipt cannot be exchanged.


    1. Exchanges for Domestic Orders $500 and Under:
      1. To initiate your exchange, please e-mail to receive your Return Authorization number (please include your order number in the subject line). Please note that all exchanges sent to TLL without a Return Authorization number will be returned to sender.
      2. Write the Return Authorization Number on the package, and we will provide you with the shipping address.
      3.  You can send us the package via any means by you can provide us with a tracking number (Federal Express, UPS, US Post Office, etc).
      4. We strongly suggest that you insure the package, we are not responsible for any losses during shipping.


    2. Exchanges for Domestic Orders Over $500:

      1. To initiate your exchange, please e-mail to receive your Return Authorization number (please include your order number in the subject line). Please note that all exchanges sent to TLL without a Return Authorization number will be returned to sender.
      2. You will receive along with your Return Authorization number a shipping label. Please be sure to use our label, which includes insurance to cover the value of the item(s) you are returning.
      3. Put your jewelry back in a shiping box along with your invoice.  Jewelry must be kept in the original packaging.
      4. Attach the shipping label to the front of the shipping box so that it is clearly visible.
      5. Arrange a FedEx pickup or visit for drop-off locations.
      6. Once we receive your item, we'll get your exchange credits processed and will work with you to help you select your new item.
      7. Our changes for the shipping expenses and insurance for you to send the exchanged item back to us will then be charged to you and/or subtracted from the exchange credits.

      NOTE: For items over $500, we will pay the new domestic shipping costs to send your new item to you on the first exchange only.  For items under $500, or for subsequent exchanges, there will be no fre shipping of the newly exchange items to you.

    4. Exchanges for International Orders:

      Unfortunately, we aren’t able to issue pre-printed labels for returns on international orders at this time.   You will be responsible for shipping costs required to send the item back to us to qualify for store credit for any exchange.  

      Please follow the below instructions on international orders:

      1. Send an e-mail to requesting a return, so that you can receive a Return Authorization Number.
      2. Our Jewelry Concierge will email you confirming your return or exchange and provide you with further, customized instructions.
      3. Be sure to mark the package as a “Return” when filling out the Commercial Invoice on the return package, so as to avoid customs charges.
      4. Package up your item and ship it back to us. Keep tracking info close at hand just in case.


    6. Shipping Policies for Domestic Orders

    7. Domestic shipments are generally processed within 2-3 business days of your order.  IMPORTANT:  all shipments from TLL will require a signature upon delivery.  Unfortunately, we are not able to ship orders to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

      • Standard shipping.  Purchases from TLL are shipped via FedEx and will be insured via Fedex.  You will receive a tracking number from TLL at the email address you have provided, once your package is on its way.  Free Shipping via FedEx 2-Day is provided on all domestic orders that total over $500 (excluding taxes).  
      • Expedited shipping.  Please note that expedited orders placed after 3pm P.S.T. on Monday-Friday will not be processed until the next business day; orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will not be processed until the next business day.

      All orders will be processed as they are received. If an item is sold out, our Jewelry Concierge will contact you with an estimated delivery date. Estimated delivery times for items not currently in stock can be between 1-5 weeks. If the item is ready before the scheduled window, the item will ship as soon as it is complete.

      If an order is sent back to TLL due to insufficient or incorrect address or due to no answer, the order will be canceled or customer will have to pay for shipping again for any further delivery efforts requested by the customer.


      We are unable to modify or cancel your order once it has been placed and handed over to FedEx for shipping.  Thus, please make sure all information is correct before completing your order. 

      Please email if you have a specific shipment request and we will do our best to accommodate.


    8. Shipping Policies for International Orders

      All international orders are shipped via FedEx Ground; there is no free shipping or expedited shipping available for international orders. The cost of shipment will be calculated and provided for you at checkout.


      Duties & Taxes: Duties and taxes are not included in the total at checkout. They are determined by the customs agency within the destination country. Although charges are not always incurred, assessment of duties and taxes will be based on the value of the order and the tax-free threshold, if it exists, for goods imported into the destination country. Payment of any duties and import taxes are the sole responsibility of the recipient, and these fees are collected at the time of delivery.

      Shipping times may vary due to customs delays, but our Jewelry Concierge can work with you to estimate your TLL order ETA.

      Any international shipping cost incurred at time of check out is non-refundable. Customers will also not be refunded the shipping cost in the event that an international shipment is refused by the receiver.

      If your country is not available to receive an order shipment, please email and we will assist you.

      1. Site Transactions

      We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. 

      In the event we make a change to or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.


      1. Limited 30-day Price Protection

      If you purchased an item from, and you see that the item has been discounted on within thirty (30) days of your purchase so that it would have cost less within 30 days of your purchase from our site, you can request that the difference in price be refunded to you.  Price differential refunds can only be provided to the method of original payment.  Contact if you wish to request a refund for an item that has been discounted on TLL’s website within 30 days of your purchase.

      Please note:  TLL does not monitor prices that could be offered by resellers of its products.  The price protection applies only to purchases made directly from TLL on its website.


    10. Risk of Loss

      Except as otherwise set forth herein, the risk of loss for and title to products purchased from TLL passes to the purchaser upon delivery to the carrier.


    12. Limited 90-day Warranty

      TLL will repair any breakage caused by manufacturer defect within 90 days of receipt of purchase at no cost.  Repairs needed after 90 days of receipt, or caused by misuse or typical wear and tear, will incur an additional repair charge.


      1. Repairs 

      If for whatever reason you need a repair on one of your TLL pieces, email and our Jewelry Concierge will help.  Be sure to include your name, order number, description of repair issue and photo of the damage in your email. If we are able to repair your piece, we will issue you a Return Authorization number and shipping instructions. 

      Repairs take 4-6 weeks to complete and all repairs are subject to shipping charges.  Repairs will be assessed on an individual basis and billed to the customer accordingly.


    14. Privacy Policy

      These Terms and Conditions specifically reference and fully incorporate Last Line TLL’s Privacy Policy, which is available in the footer section of each page of the wesbite of


    16. Arbitration Agreement

      Mindful of the high cost of legal disputes, not only in dollars but also in time and energy, both you and TLL agree to the following dispute resolution procedure for any dispute related to this transaction: In the event of any controversy, claim, action or dispute arising out of or related to any transaction conducted on the TLL website, or the breach, enforcement, interpretation, or validity of this Agreement or any part of it ("Dispute"), the party asserting the Dispute shall first try in good faith to settle such Dispute by providing written notice to the other party (by first class or registered mail) describing the facts and circumstances (including any relevant documentation) of the Dispute and allowing the receiving party 30 days in which to respond to or settle the Dispute.


      Notice to the purchaser will be provided to the billing address provided to TLL.  Notice to TLL should be provided to our counsel:

      Should the parties not be able to resolve the Dispute within 30 days of the notice, then you and TLL agree that we will agree upon an arbitration provider that accepts consumer disputes (i.e., AAA or JAMS) and that is convenient to both parties, and that the provider’s rules for consumer arbitrations will apply to our proceedings.  You and TLL agree that we will give up their rights to go to court to assert or defend claims related to this transaction but instead will resolve our Dispute through binding individual arbitration. YOU AND TLL AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER IN ARBITRATION ONLY AND IN SO DOING YOU AND TLL HEREBY WAIVE THE RIGHT TO A TRIAL BY JURY, TO ASSERT OR PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT OR CLASS ACTION ARBITRATION (EITHER AS A NAMED-PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER), AND TO ASSERT OR PARTICIPATE IN ANY JOINT OR CONSOLIDATED LAWSUIT OR JOINT OR CONSOLIDATED ARBITRATION OF ANY KIND.


      This Arbitration Agreement shall be governed by, and interpreted, construed, and enforced in accordance with, the Federal Arbitration Act
